Understanding the Craft: Still, Port, and Sparkling.
1. Still Wine (Vinstaana Series)
Still wine is wine in its purest form, with no carbonation.
The Process: After fermentation, the wine is aged to allow flavors to integrate. It is all about balance between acidity, tannin, and fruit.
The REVO Standard: Our still wines (Vinstaana) focus on varietal purity, offering a clean, elegant finish that pairs perfectly with Indian cuisine.

2. Port Wine (Zealy Series)
Port is a fortified wine, known for being richer, sweeter, and more robust.
The Process: During fermentation, we “fortify” the wine by adding a neutral grape spirit. This stops the fermentation early, leaving natural residual sugars and increasing the alcohol content.
The REVO Standard: Zealy is crafted for depth. It undergoes a specialized aging process to develop notes of dark berries and spice.

3. Sparkling Wine (REVO Series)
Sparkling wine contains significant levels of carbon dioxide, making it fizzy.
The Process: We use a secondary fermentation or “Charmat” method to trap bubbles naturally in the liquid. We then infuse high-quality wine with natural fruit flavors.
The REVO Standard: REVO is our namesake because it represents a “Revolution.” It is a modern, sparkling, flavored experience designed for the high-energy Indian social scene.
